Front Desk Agents
The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and professional welcome while ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. This role involves handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and maintaining excellent customer service standards at all times.
General Maintenance
Responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role supports all areas of operations, addressing issues quickly to minimize downtime and enhance the guest or employee experience.
Room Attendant
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to ensure a high standard of hygiene and comfort. Duties include making beds, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and providing a welcoming environment for guests.
Student Internships
We welcome applications from students seeking internship experience in the hotel industry. This is an unpaid internship designed to provide hands-on learning and exposure to hotel operations.
